CFIG Regional Scholarship Winners

Congratulations to our CFIG Reginal Scholarship Winners!

 We would like to congratulate Jenna Lee Ralph (daughter of AGD Inside Sales Representative Dana Ralph) and Sydney Hunt (daughter of Bill Hunt, Health and Safety Coordinator at AGD) who both earned a $2,000 Regional Scholarship as part of the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers National Scholarship Program. Their submissions were up against other students from all over Eastern Canada and we are thrilled to learn that they both earned 2 of the 6 Regional Scholarships awarded annually! Congratulations and well done to both of these young women!

Jenna Lee has just begun her first year at Memorial University and is pursuing a degree in Process Engineering. Sydney is a 2nd year student at Memorial University as well, and is studying French and music, with plans to pursue a career in education.

Good luck as you begin your 2019-2020 school year and keep up the fantastic work!
